As you can tell, we are just getting underway.  There is so much to do and so much to cover.  We can't wait for the weather to break so we can get out and start profiling some of the race courses with our new GoPro cameras so we can become Youtube sensations!  If you have an event that we have yet to include then please send us the details and we will get it up ASAP.  Furthermore, if you would like us to stop by and check out your event/course let us know.

If you are in the Okanagan and are cruising through Vernon (that's where we live but we cannot give you anymore details than that because big brother is watching) let us know and we can hook up for a ride, swim, run.  We love meeting new people and new adventures.  Seriously...contact us.  This is not a pathetic attempt to sound like we're friendly and approachable.  We really do want to meet our followers.

If we have made a mistake...ooops our bad!  Let us fix it.
