Welcome to Lake Country

The Thompson Okanagan Region is known for its sunshine, lakes, and great vineyards.  If you are a wine aficionado you can parlay your races into some incredible taste touring and dining.  If water sports is your fancy, Okanagan Lake stretches over 90 km and is home to three major Okanagan communities (Vernon, Kelowna, and Penticton).  The lake is also the host for Ironman Canada.  But enough of the sales pitch already!  This place is awesome and hosts some races that are guaranteed to have you smiling through the blisters...
