We know what you're thinking, and yes, Vancouver is as beautiful as it seemed on TV during the Olympics.  You probably thought, "hmmm...I would like to visit there someday and take in the incredible scenery."  Now that we have totally blown your mind with our clairvoyance, let us destroy your legs with some of the best X-C and Trail races anywhere in BC!  If your friends describe you as "cocky", "arrogant", or suffering from "God complex", then seek professional help; however, if you are just feeling a little sassy because of the crisp BC air, then head over to the Grouse Grind.  It will kick your sass! 

Vancouver and the surrounding Lower Mainland host a wide spectrum of events that will surely cater to your individual needs.  There are plenty of opportunities for the first timers, finishers, and age groupers with ludicrous speed.
